How It Works:

Sign Up for Air Evac membership and automatically pay the $5 fee with your water bill.

In the event that you are flown by Air Evac Lifeteam for a life or limb-threatening emergency, they will work with your benefits provider to secure payment for your flight. Whatever your benefits provider pays will be considered payment in full.
Payment Options:
- $5.00 membership fee added to your EJ water bill each month.
- One-time annual payment of $79.00 submitted directly to AEL.
