What is ACH?
An ACH transfer is a safe and secure way to electronically transfer funds from one bank account to another. By signing up for ACH, your water bill will be withdrawn each month automatically.
What is eBill?
An eBill is an email statement sent by EJ instead of a physical statement mailed to your house. This system streamlines the billing process, offering faster delivery of invoices and reduced costs compared to traditional paper-based billing. Plus it’s environmentally friendly!
Step-By-Step Instructions to Sign-Up
Step 1
Visit the customer portal at: myaccount.ejcoop.com/login or click Pay My Bill in the top right corner of the homepage.
Step 2
- If you already have a log-in for the EJ customer portal, you will just need to log-in.
- If you have never used the EJ customer portal or have forgotten your log-in details, you’ll need to re-register. (See Below)
Step 3
Once you have logged into the customer portal, you will see your customer dashboard.
1. eBill: To sign up for eBilling go to the Paperless Billing section and click “Sign Up.” Select your account and click “Sign Me Up.”
2. ACH (AutoPay): To sign up for ACH Payments go to the AutoPay section and click “Manage.” Select your account and enter your banking information.
Step 4
Once you have completed these steps please fill out this form and we will apply a $5 credit to your next bill!
